Mold is usually fairly easy to clean off of grout, but might leave a stain. Use bleach to make sure the mold is gone and if you're not happy with the stains, you can stain or paint the grout. After you get it the color you want, make sure to seal it really well. If the mold is on the caulk, you'll have to replace it, after a while, it just won't come clean.
