(Like Home Depot, or Lowe's) The clerk that works in this department will be able to tell you how much to buy, and what thickness would be best for you. Then cut the insulation with a pair of scissors, so that it fits snug and then staple it in place. Darlene, be sure to wear long sleeves, long pants, safety glasses and gloves.
