They need to be adjusted. Get some shims and adjust the reveal.
They look like they might be warped where the doors close together--upper fourth. Any warping would make it harder to adjust. They do have some age to them. Perhaps new doors would be safer-looks like single pane glass and easy to break for both you and for someone who wants to get in when you're not home. New doors with better glass would be much sturdier and easier to lock. Safer. They would also keep out heat and cold better. Doesn't look like there's any weather seal on these.
They look like they're sagging. Make sure the hinge screws are tight on the jamb side not the doors. Replace two screws on each hinge with longer screws. Check the gap around the doors so that it's even. If not, shim the hinge with some cardboard to tilt the door and even the gap.
It looks like these are interior doors that were installed outside. And they were left unpainted. A big no-no. You need new doors.
Try rehanging them first! If it works, awesome. If it doesn't, you're prepared to buy new ones.
