Hi Margie,
I'd try a paste of baking soda and water followed by a mix of equal parts of vinegar & water in a spray bottle. Here's some tips from a Nissan dealer that also might help. Wishing you the best.

Hello Margie! You don't mention what your car seats are made from. Sometimes if you use a spray cleaner it will dry and attract more dirt rather than repel dirt because it leaves behind a residue. If you have access to a carpet cleaning machine with an upholstery attachment use that and then rinse your seats several times by not putting any cleaning solution in the machine. You could also try scrubbing the seats with warm soapy dishwater and a small handbrush and then sucking out any excess moisture with a shop vac hose. You can rinse with some clear water--not so much that the seats are soaking but enough to make them damp. Lay dry bath towels on them to absorb more water and then remove them once they are damp. Leave your car in the sun with the windows part way rolled down--the heat will help dry the seats.
Try mixing an oxygenated cleaner (my favorite is Awesome Orange that Dollar Tree sells) with warm water (1 scoop per gallon)...scrub with a clean towel or t-shirt and rinse until the stains are gone. Really works great!
I have purchased “Grandma’s Secret Stain Remover” at Walmart and “Amodex nontoxic stain remover” from Amazon... both are amazing stain treatments. I’m not sure how large your stains are, but I swear by Grandma’s! It’s a small bottle that goes a long way and it’s not expensive at all...
