Which color should I paint my garage arbor?

My house is yellow, fence black, trim around Windows white. Garage doors white with black trim shutters black. I want to paint the arbor black...not sure

Yes black is the way to go. Not sure if you have any problem with mold because it would show up worse on white than black. Also, whatever you plant by the arbor will really look great against the black. I would try to get mostly yellow flowers with some additional varieties so it will look very coordinated.
Yellow, black, and white, are all basic colors. You can do anything? what is growing on you arbor? Is it flowering? If so you would have take that color in consideration. I personally, would paint it a nice shade of orange.
White
I would go with either white or black.
