I have mine on wrought stands, my buffet, stools, various end tables I got at garage sales, corner of kitchen cabinets under florescent light, bed night stand and lower shelf of glass coffee table. Lots of places...just be sure the light is right for the plant's needs.
Hi Amy,
Ken makes a good suggestion, it would depend on their size, shape, light requirements...you could arrange them on tables as a centerpiece, on the mantle if you have 1, on a decorative ladder or a bookshelf, there are so many possibilities all depending on what you are growing.
All great suggestions here! As previously mentioned, take the plants needs into consideration. I have plants in every room except the interior guest bath, too small and dark - I just use fresh flowers from my yard when I have guests. Every room has several plants that thrive in the lighting conditions. I turn them daily so they grow evenly. I have on plant stands, shelves, tables, whatever I have available.
