Is there any way to refinish ThermaSeal bath vanities?

The home we purchased has thermaseal vanities in both bathrooms. The finish is starting to come loose on the tops of the drawers and on some of the doors . I didn't know if they can be fixed or refinished. Any advice would be appreciated.
