If it is behind your grout, it is probably behind your tile. If a proper moisture barrier was not used, it will happen. The heavy moisture that has happened this year has not helped. Consult a professional, even if you are going to do it yourself. You can also look for a video on uTube. I imagine the tile will need to come down and the mold removed and a proper moisture barrier put in place. We ran a dehumidifier everyday this summer, and emptied 10 plus gallons a day AND we have an air conditioner.

Add bleach to the grout with a small brush and leave to for about 30 minutes then scrub it off.
