How can I insulate my glass block windows?
My glass block windows get pretty drafty in the winter. Is there an easy and low cost way to insulate them besides covering in plastic?

I dont think it is any way you could do it except to block it during winter
You may have more success with thermal draperies, which can be opened on sunny days.
Have you checked to insure that they were properly installed?
Do they have the small window that admits outside air? If so, the gasket may need replacing or you may need to install narrow/slim fitting weatherstripping.
Black out curtains might help.
Did you check the around the grout to see if it needs to be redone?
