The only thing I could suggest would be something like bricks held in place with some type of liquid nail.
Glue down bricks, pavers, landscape blocks with concrete adhesive caulk.
A “ramp” to me means, cars/trucks drive on it. yes? If this is a commercial or industrial ramp, get a pro involved. There can be drainage issues and even ADA in commercial applications and the City will enforce them.
If you really want concrete, then I would buy 1/2” rebar (no rust), a 3/4” masonry drill bit, 2 part epoxy and “set dowels” with the rebar, 24” OC.
Before that, if the concrete is old, then my rustic acid etch with a diluted solution.
Then set forms with 2x6 or 1x6, if you can stake it.
Ive seen pros hand form concrete curbs as well. It’s a matter of one’s hand-eye coordination and what PSI concrete you have access to.
I am with Teresa; get 1 brick to experiment with invest into buy a large bottle of Gorilla Glue try gluing the brick yo it.

You could also use some cement mix to make a curb on it, or go to to your home improvement store and pick up some blocks and make a curb with those
