I have this on my pizza pan and my muffin pan. What can I do to make it look like new? I tried baking sofa and vinegar but no luck.

Either barkeeper's friend or marble paste with a steel wool scrubber.
That is residue from spray on cooking spray. That looks like a nonstick pan. You don't need to use it! The secret to removing things from a nonstick muffin pan is to wait about 8 minutes or so and the muffins will come right out. If they stick a bit--wait a few more minutes! Or use muffin papers. I have had to learn to be patient myself when using nonstick pans!
Sprinkle baking soda liberally on the pan in the sink. Then pour vinegar over the baking soda. Should soften the grease enough to scrub it off with a kitchen scrubby. Soak it in hot water with a few squirts of Dawn dish liquid. Agitate to foam it up. Let it sit for an hour or two.
Oven cleaner will take it off
Make a paste of Dawn dish washing liquid or another good quality dish soap and mix that with Bar Keepers friend. Slather the paste on the areas you want to scrub and use a little bit of water on a scrubbing pad (with a blue sponge-those are more gentle) to get it off.
Spray Nine from Home Depot or order online really gets grease off. Spray it and let it sit for half an hour or so then scrub with dish detergent and a non-scratch pad. I use Spray Nine to clean just about anything that is a grease issue. It is a miracle worker.
