I always put a few fake poinsettia branches in my tree where it looks a little sparse. I use red but you could use white for your tree. Also how about big white bows on the tree?
Bows, garland, or additional sprigs. If you can't find white, you can paint them.
Add a bunch of white poinsettias. They have them at dollar tree. Extra ornaments and white garlands will help too
