Some laminate floors are more matt....not shiny. Mine is.
I was given a crayon/marker set made for this exact purpose. There are 5 or 6 different colors to choose from and different wood types like walnut, oak, etc. I found the set of markers on Home Depot's web page. They sell a set from Rejuvenate for $5.97 Good luck Frances.
The wood stain product section of the paint department at Walmart or your favorite home improvement store you’ll be able to find markers or crayons repair products in the scratched area. These markers do a great job of disguising your scratches.
For both hardwoods and laminate floors I recommend a bona system for cleaning care. The Bona products very highly rated. Here’s a link with reviews and Q&A for your consideration
