How do I use masking tape to make nice caulking lines?
After installing a new toilet and flooring we need to caulk around the toilet and tub. I saw the use of masking tape to make the job easier and cleaner.

Caulking Made Easy
You can use regular masking tape or painter's tape to put down a line. Apply the caulking and then remove the tape. Don't wait until it is dry or it will pull it up.
I always apply the caulking and smooth with a wet finger. Then I clean it up before the caulk dries. You can use a plastic scrape as an edge as well for a clean, straight line.
