A hanging bed will be very difficult in a trailer. They rely on very strong overhead beams to hold the weight. No trailer is designed this way. Maybe room for a loft bed? Or underbed storage?

Sabrina: a loft bed is a great idea! ...put curtains underneath to hide storage!
Whatever you do, you will need to support the bed into solid frame structure.
Love the loft bed idea. But we got a new frame for our bed. Amazon has frames that have anywhere from 12 to 16 inches of clearance under the frame for extra storage. And just a few extra inches adds a lot of room.
make sure to have a proper support for that mechanism
