So far the remaining pavers are fine...it just this corner step down area.
How do I fix this properly?
Grouting or binder on pavers on corner of our step down porch area appear to be getting washed out. How can I prevent the damage from spreading and repair correctly.

There are two problems here that I can see:
2. The substance the holds the individual paving stones together is not grouting. It is polymeric sand. Over time, yes, it does come out and get washed away. Additional polymeric sand will need to be added to the cracks to fill in the deficient areas.

I think polymeric sand is the solution here. :)
Get some polymeric sand at Lowe's or Home Depot. Work that down into the gaps and add water. It will hold everything together.
