Can a wooden indoor rocking chair be put outside, it has cane seating? Do I need to put anything on it to protect it?
As this rocking chair is not upholstered already, it cannot be re-upholstered. It is possible though to revive it by either purchasing ready-made cushions for the back and seat, or by sewing your own set.
Thank you all for your help
You could cut thin wood to fit the base and back and then cover them with batting and fabric and screw them into the wood of the rocker.
