Bottom of the tub has small chips in the finish. Is there a way to repair this or must I refinish the entire tub or replace the tub?

If the chips are the fiberglass itself you would need to replace the tub. If the chips are just the clearcoat finish you can refinish the tub with a tub and tile paint kit.
