I would try soaking it in cool water with bleach.
Hello. I’ve use this product before to remove dye transfer. It may be found at your local supermarket. Hope this might help.

Here are 4 ways to remove the dye transfer, first and foremost, read the label on your top to see which treatments are best for your fabric and what to avoid:

You could use a color catcher in the wash. Normally, they are for items that have been laundered together so I don't see why it wouldn't work.
You could try this: https://web.extension.illinois.edu/stain/staindetail.cfm?ID=224
If only one or two spots of color have transferred onto a piece of clothing, Reichert recommends trying an oxygen bleach first. To start, dissolve oxygen bleach in hot water, then add enough cold water to cool the mixture. Soak the garment in this solution for 15-30 minutes, then rinse.
If the stain remains, try wetting the stains with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
Rit Color Remover will remove all color. You can also pour some hydrogen peroxide on the stains and wash as normal. I have also used Dawn dish liquid on stains. Rub it into the stain and wash
Hi Diane, hope this helps you out
