I'm not sure of the name brand of the stove but you must be able to get under the glass top to clean the burns and skuz without getting electrocuted.
Hello P74, if the grills are removable I'd suggest you place them in a sturdy plastic bag and add a cup of ammonia and seal. Let the soak for several hours orovernight, then wash in hot soapy water. If the grills aren't removable, soak a cloth in ammonia and place on the grills and let soak. Be very careful not to inhale the ammonia fumes!
I soak mine in hot, soapy water and then scrub with a plastic scrub pad. If that doesn't work, use the ammonia method listed above.

I pull mine off and wash in the sink. If it's just a bit of something baked on, I use a stiff wire brush to scrub. You can use grill cleaner on it as well.
Hot soapy water in the sink, with a brush and I don't love chemicals so I use Dawn soap that removes grease or a little vinegar if things are really tough.
Place each grill in a gallon size freezer, sealable bag with 1/2 cup ammonia, seal the bag and take them outside overnight. In the morning open the bag (wear gloves) and remove the grill, wash with warm soapy water and rinse well. It is the fumes that do the cleaning and loosening work, not the liquid ammonia. I do 2 at a time so I have 1/2 stove top to cook with.
