Douglas Hunt on Jul 29, 2012Peggy, I've done my share of battles with blackberry brambles. Cutting them back is a temporary solution. You really need to do that in combination with using an herbicide containing glyphosate. You cut them and then paint the remaining stems with the herbicide. Good heavy leather gloves are crucial to dragging them away without making a donation to the blood bank.Helpful Reply

Quick, inexpensive fix to correct weathered,splintering wood on deck
