Can ceramic tile (white) be color changed?
It is red clayish material under the white top layer. Pulled it out when remolded bathroom and it was an awful red dusty mess. Is there epoxy or something? that might work? Thanks

From your description of "red clayish material" I am thinking it might be unsealed terracotta and that it is on the floor?? if so this article might help you
