Put a fan on for circulation and open the closest window
Set an eclectic an up (like for the summer) . Bow it out of the room, into the house, an d hopefully towards a window. You may need 2 to direct the odor out.

Set up a box fan in the doorway and turn it on low.
Use low VOC paint, and the smell will be either minimal or not at all. Otherwise, run your bathroom vent while it is being painted and drying.
Try to keep the room as ventilated as possible such a fan, but I have DIYers in my DIY Facebook Group that put artificial baking vanilla in their paint to keep the odor down. I have never done it but they swear by it.
