Tiny master bath-Any ideas to make it look roomier?

We have an extremely tiny master bath in a condo. Its size cannot change. We have a standup shower across from a toilet and vanity sink. Any ideas to make it look roomier?

Not being able to see the space makes it difficult to picture but I'm guessing you can see the tiles in the shower area, and they could be replaced with mirror tiles. Which incidental would be no harder to keep clean than the glass shower enclosure.

Can you add a mirror over the commode? Or perhaps some shelving?

Mirrors always makes rooms look large, bright light colors. If you have a shower curtain make it a clear see though and if you don't want it total see though put a frosted line in the middle.
