paint it with urethane or rustoleum outdoor paint. Add some sand so it isn't slippery -

I wouldn't add the sand because it gives the same gritty feel as fiberglass paint. Have you thought about caulking the tiles with an accent color? It wouldn't be necessary to remove all the old caulking prior to.
