can you put a tension rod in the space and add a drape
If you can't have a door that open to the inside or outside of your bedroom, I like Janet's idea of a drape for something inexpensive or you can get a bi-fold door that folds to one side. It will install with a track on top. Sometimes you can find them used, but in good condition at your local Habitat Re-Store.
You might consider a Cafe Door that mounts to allow the door to swing in and out. You could easily add molding to serve as a jamb to swing in only. Hope this help or gets your creative side working for you
