Have you thought about checking out Home Depot? They sell some barn doors that have windows in them: https://www.homedepot.com/b/Doors-Windows/Barn-Door-Kit/N-5yc1vZaqihZ1z0latr
Keep in mind that with barn doors, you can't have anything sticking out further than the wall itself where the door will be sliding. No pictures, electric switches, hvac vents, etc. You need about twice the width of the of free wall.
You need a tract on top and then you could buy the kit to do that or buy all done Home Depot
