Do you just want to cover it so debris and rain do not come thru to your balcony?Get some medium or large screw eyes and carbine clips or zip ties (they are much cheaper) The tarp should have holes in the sides. Be sure the side to your house is as close to the balcony as you can get and allow the other side to the outside be a little lower to allow rain to drain off. If you use zip ties you can adjust the length a little. Hope this helps.
