How do I block an eyesore in my neighbors yard?

I have an area of about 12 feet wide that I would like to put up some kind of privacy screen. Any suggestions on a screen or panel I can use to block my neighbors jeep, camper, boats, etc.?

You can put up lattice and let ivy, clematis, climbing roses, or something similar. You can also affix fake ivy. I've seen panels sold with it on there.
If it needs to be higher than 6’ high, which is usually the legal limit on fences, in the US-
then build a raised flower/vegetable bed and sink the 6’ high fence posts in it.
The Codes read: “6’ above Grade”. Just elevate the grade. 😉

If you want it higher than 6', you usually have to go to the city and ask for a variance for an 8' fence.
