DIY Rustic Modern Plant Stand
Buy 3 or 4 banister pieces that match at Habitat for Humanity. Attach to the wood as legs.
Hi Sue. If the wood is still green, you will have shrinkage so just prepare for that. Seal the surface where the plant will sit. Legs can be ordered on-line or if it's a large piece set directly on the ground. After a year to two you may want to check to see if there is any deterioration if outside. If there is, clean and seal completely. Happy DIY'ing!
