This is a big job, you can cut the wood or buy pre-cut wood or panels already built from Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. Dig holes, pour concrete in them with the posts. Use YouTube to get the instructions. Just be sure to use wood for outdoors - treated to be put in the ground.
Check Codes first...some areas have a ht. Restrictions. Also rules about how to place them, where my mom lives, her fence is 3 inches in from the lot line. If I were to put up a fence where I live, it has to be on the lot line.
