How do I create shelving over my washer/dryer that's reachable?
We're renovating a church from top to bottom and I'm at my wit's end in how to put shelving over my top load washer and front load dryer so it's reachable. Any ideas?

Locate the wall studs, screw shelf brackets to each stud {making sure they are level and using 3" screws to help hold the weight that will eventually be on each shelf}, then lay a shelf across the top of the brackets and screw it in place. The brackets must be attached to the wall studs or the weight on a shelf will cause the screws to pull out. Good Luck!
Just make 5he. Shelving wide enough to reach
Thelma is right. Make sure you buy brackets that are rated strong enough to hold the weight and a sheet of plywood is all you'll need
