How do I hand a shelf directly over my microwave to put my toaster on?

Make shure you find a stud for each screw to go into measure then buy a shelf a little bigger the next the measurement so it’s sturdy get a decrative one it’s going to get humidity on it because there should be a hood over the stove .So use outdoor paint to hold up.this way it won’t peel,or mold. A decrative one will look nice over the stove fancy brackets then you could get plain wood and paint .
Just.FYI, both microwaves and toasters pull a lot of power. If they’re on the same circuit, you may trip your fuses/breakers if you use them at the same time.
