Wash down with bleach.
I believe I tried that last year before I tried other things I'll go back and do it again see which was the best thank you .
Ammonia is pretty good at disolving mold off exterior stuff. I mix lemon ammonia in some hot water, and use a car sponge for quick clean up.
Dawn dish soap and a scrubbie sponge or car wash sponge. Rinse with hose and dry in sun.
