I had this problem and "Googled" this question and there are You-Tube videos instructions on how to take apart the door and clean and put it back together. was very easy. It is a two person job, though because you might need someone to hold things together while the other puts the screws back in. I did a happy dance when I got mine clean!! -

There are two or four small set screws holding the frame. Remove them, take the frame off and remove one glass panel. Clean and replace. -
