make a mixture of baking soda mixed with water into a paste. rub all over the oven and leave on long enough to aid in the removal. This should loosen all the grease then wash with white vinegar and water.

The self-cleaning feature should clean your oven, but remove the racks first. If your stove top is glass or similar, there are commercial cleaners that work well. DO NOT use anything scratchy on glass tops. You can use a nylon wrapped sponge. I think they are called Do Boy's.

If your obvious 'self clean' feature is not working as you would like, Email or call the manufacturer, they are the ones who know their product best and what works. They are in business to see their products work, so they are most often very helpful in this regard. Ask for their consumer information person.

I have a bisque colored gas range that tends to get greasy and dirty around the burners. I use soft scrub with bleach to clean it. I put some on the surface around the burner and rub it around with my hand and let it set for a shot time. Then I scrub it with a scotch brite. It takes away the grease and scrape marks and keeps it clean for a long time. It has not hurt the surface or dulled the shine at all, but it has cleaned it well. My range is 15 yrs old and still looks great. Good luck
