I know you said you had tried baking soda mixture. Try just using a wet wash cloth with quite a bit of baking soda on it and just rubbing in one spot for a minute. I've got a feeling after looking at that spot that that will work. Cross my fingers.😋 😘🌹
Yikes...I was going to suggest one of those magic erasers. I'm sorry it didn't work. Perhaps a mixture of vinegar and baking soda (pasted) to lightly scrub it down would help. I hope you get the right help here!

After looking at your photo, I'm wondering if the almond finish has been worn off? Try gently scrubbing it near an edge and see if it gets whiter or more almond. If it gets whiter, it's the finish If it is the finish, I'd suggest calling the manufacturer to get their recommendation. Wishing you the best.
Could it be rust? Maybe CLR would work on a scrubby.
One other inexpensive possibility to try is hydrogen peroxide 3%.
