Use a razor scraper - gently, it should just come off.

at Dollar Tree last week I bought A package of razor blades with handles, that should work for you.
Here's instructions. Main thing to NOT do is scrape with anything too abrasive to ruin your tub! Soak the splattered areas using a hot soapy cloth. Let sit for a while and that may soften the paint. Use a mesh covered sponge and scrub. Sometimes an oil such as baby oil or lemon oil will help to remove the paint, the scrub with hot soapy water. Hope this helps. If even stronger help is needed, baking soda might help but I would test on a very small area first. This has to be very frustrating for you!
