How can I clean and seal bathroom tile floor? It looks like it has little scratches that hold dirt.

Is the problem the grout or tile? Grout can be painted if dirt has permeated the surface. Normally you only put sealant on the grout, not the tile. That might be the problem. Sealer doesn't stick to tile and if they tried sealing the whole floor, it may be coming off. Do you have pictures?
