How can I thoroughly clean my laminate shell-shaped bathroom sink?

I dont know what it's made of but it's got hard water stains and I'd like to make it look good again and still be able to use it and clean it. I have painted kitchen countertops before with the granite look but the edges rub off eventually.

Try Clorox Toilet Bowl cleaner. After you get it clean, use a foam Bath spray often, which is gentle, to keep up the shine and help to disinfect the bowl.

Try Bar Keepers Friend and a green scrub pad. It will work great!!
Magic Eraser works for me, works on laminate counter tops too, Mr. Clean never lets me down
Your counter has an integrated shell sink and is made of 'cultured marble'.
Thank you all ladies.
I willl try all your suggestions.
Take it from someone that formerly made cultured marble. Do not do what the following comments suggested. The marble has a gel coat covering. Anything that scratches it can't be removed except by someone in the business. Gel coat is the same type covering as on car paint. For that, a gel coat compound is used and I would suggest the same thing. Go to Walmart or an auto supply store to get it. NEVER USE SOMETHING THAT WILL SCRATCH THE GEL COAT.
Do not use magic eraser on laminate, it will scratch the surface. I use
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake.Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn. Then I polish with auto compound.
Pour a little peroxide on the stain let it sit. Pour again & again till the stain is gone. Also works on the faucet.
WD=40 let it sit then add Bakeepers friend and scrub.
