Denise,
If it is just yellowed, you can clean it good and then buy a product that takes it back to white. Or, you can dye the grout a darker to cover up the yellowing.

If you are dealing with mold and are concerned about what kind you are dealing with, you can purchase a kit to put in the bathroom that will give you the results in a short time to tell you if it is a dangerous variety.
If you know it is a non-dangerous kind, you can clean it with a mold removal product. I have never used one of these so you may wind up with some dark staining even though the mold is gone. That would require redoing the tile or dying it a darker color.

If the grout around the tub between the tile and the tub is crumbling or mold covered, you can get it out and regrout!
Everything about tile and grout is hard work! Take photos of before and after!
I bought a older summer trailer (as we call it) on a river. The bathroom sink, tub, toilet and kitchen sink are porcelain and we're so stained with rust and calcium it was ridiculous. I tried a few things that I thought would clean them from my home. A couple got some off but still not clean. So I decided to try toilet bowl cleaner on my bathroom sink and I watched the rust basically go quickly. I used my rubber gloves and made sure the bathroom was very ventilated. It all came out. Then I wet my shower walls and tub down and put some toilet bowl cleaner in a old spray bottle and started on the walls. The nasty stuff ran down and I used a old hand towel and a med bristle brush. I was totally amazed how good it cleaned up the porcelain and it was white again. I use the Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner and its a lot cheaper then the other stuff that I used to buy. Now I just use it for maintenance. My trailer is older so I'm not sure what it would do on newer stuff. Just make sure to use gloves, maybe eye protection and the room well ventilated. Hope it might help.
Get a cleaner with soap scum remover and use a scrubby that will work
