i had a really good one that did not need it rinsing, it was citrus based and i can't find it any more, thanks

what is the stain from? synthetic or natural fiber? age?
You did not mention the brand that you cannot find. Just looked on Amazon and a product called Guardsman Citrus Dry Cleaning Fluid fits your description.
I use "Resolve" on all of my stains, no matter the fabric and have never had a problem.
Vinegar and baking soda does a good job at cleaning my stained clothes up.
