What is the best cleaning product to 'Scrub' textured tile floors?

Question

We have 2 English Bulldogs and have a brownish-tan textured tile floor (non-shiny/slick).  Even when we mop it, it still looks dirty.  What is a good scrubbing/cleaning product to use on it?  Even steaming doesn't seem to clean it.

You may have to towel dry it. Wrap a towel around a flat mop and as you mop, dry the tile.

I have tiles somewhat like yours, but not quite as light. I mop, or even use a bucket and rag and clean mine with only water. As soon as the water starts looking dirty, I change it or you are starting to put the dirt back on the tiles. We have four dogs, a dog door and a muddy back yard this time of year, I gave up on absolutely clean every day.

When I do my clients, the products I use are Spic n Span, Awesome Orange in the half gal or Lemon Ammonia... get them all at the Dollar Tree.
