Nothing working, it is not a soft leather, it is almost water proof. Cleaned it with leather cleaner vinegar, tried sanding it, tried to shade it with a art pen/ ink marker and wood stain would not absorb wiped right off. I do not know if I could strip it with wood stripper or not. Last resort.
Remove the leather and use it as a template to replace it. If you don't want to use real leather, you can get lots of faux leather in many colors and styles that look like real leather. Go to an upholstery fabric store.
I hasve tried markers , wood stain, sanding it down and nothing seems to work anything
Sorry my computer locked up. I sanded it down nothing to loose here, tried a wood stain nothing absorbs into it like it is water proof. I may have to paint it . Thank you, any ideas are welcome.
thanks for all your answers but none of them seem to work will keep trying. Thank you
