Is there any way to dye or stain a white plastic table top?

I have one of those outdoor plastic top tables that has the little sink with a faucet and drain hose. They're made for outdoor use but the top is white. I am wanting to use it as a plant potting table. Is there any way I can permanently stain it another color? Maybe something tan, brown or beige?

Don't dye, spray paint! There are fun colors available that adhere to plastic.
Rustoleum makes a product to paint on to plastic. I painted a couple of plastic lawn chairs 3 years ago. They came out really nice and still look good. Good luck. From: Cindy
yes, the newer paint for plastic will work great and hold up surprisingly well!

Rustoleum or Krylon makes a spray paint for plastic.
You can buy a spray by Plasticote from DIY stores
Krylon makes a plastic spray. You will probably need 2-3 coats.
