Sounds like you're better off buying a new mattresses. If the smell and stains have been there a while, they've probably seeped down into the insides of the mattress.

Hello Art, I have a recipe that will work on blood, chocolate and urine. It is: one-quarter cup hydrogen peroxide, a half cup Baking Soda and one teaspoon of Dawn dish soap. Mix ingredients together and apply to stain. Let set for 15 minutes. Then scrub stain with an old toothbrush. You may have to repeat if it's really bad.
If Aljosjer's recipe works on the stains and not the odor, it may be down deeper than that can get to. In that case, spray the mattress with vinegar so that it goes deep. Let it dry. When the vinegar smell is gone check and see if the odor is gone. If it isn't, you can try again and soak the spots really well. It may be beyond the top padding and deeper into the mattress. It helps if you can put it out in the sun to get fresh air while it is drying.
Wash this area, with hot, soapy water, then use Pine Sol, on it, and blot it and let this dry. All will be fine. It may take a day to dry, but it will. Best wishes, J.
