How to clean the scum off my cookware from non-stick spray?

    I use Dawn dish liquid and a kitchen scrubby.

      Try adding a paste of baking soda and salt with water, wipe on and let sit a bit, then scrub away. Look for the new versions of cooking spray that specify for high heat, made with canola oil -they really do not leave the sticky residue the original and olive oil versions leave.

    Have you tried soaking it with dawn? Dawn is great at removing grease. Maybe if you apply it and leave it it will remove the scum.
