If it is a hard water stain you can easily remove it with a pumice stone. It will not hurt the porcelain. -

Pour Coke into the bowl and leave it overnight. Or use Chlorine tablet also leave overnight. -

whata waste of a good cola....do the pumice stone..it’s easier than it sounds. -

Pour 1/4 cup of Borax into the toilet bowl and swish it around with a toilet brush. Then add 1 cup of vinegar and allow the mixture to sit in the bowl for about 20 minutes. Finish by scrubbing the bowl with a toilet brush to remove hard water stains. -

If it's rust stIn I've used a product called Whink Rust Remover, supermarket, copper color squeeze bottle. Works like magic.
