Try... GENTLY using a razor scraper to remove as much of the glue as possible... then use nail polish remover to quickly wipe off the rest..... immediately use soap and water to remove the nail polish remover.
Acetone (like in nail polish remover) will dissolve super glue. It should be safe on darker marble. Just test first, especially on lighter colored marble, on an area that won't show, to be absolutely sure it won't mark your marble. If not, then proceed cautiously. (Marble's mortal enemy is vinegar, or any acid, which acetone is not.)
Synthetic, as in laminate countertop?
Use acetone to soften glue and then start working at the glue. Brush, scrape, shave, peel, sand or whatever mechanical means is available to work the glue off. Reapply acetone and continue to work at the glue

I will try that, thanks so much!!
Last ditch effort with acetone would be to get pure acetone, sold near the nail polish. As always, test first & be cautious. Wet a pad or cloth & let it soak to dissolve, then rub and/or scrape gently with a blade flat against the surface. Be careful not to gouge or scrape. Good luck!
