Use a dehumidifier and place tubs of Damp Rid
There is something called Damn Rid that is supposed to absorb that moisture and eliminate the smell
Set jars of vinegar around it will absorb odors.
Dehumidifier
Run a dehumidifier, and keep empting it.
Get a few bags of charcoal. Put the charcoal in buckets and sit around the basement. The charcoal will take the moisture out smell out of the air. The buckets can be put in corners out of the way.
